i get the same error in Suse 8.1 , its annoying the hell out of me .......
RH 8.0 works for me-- but i cant stand that distro .. no offence (i dont want a flame war )
my system is :
Athlon 1900+
Geforce3 (Hercules)
Shuttle nforce2 mobo
1GB of ram
