Problems Installing TerminatorX 3.81 on Debian, Libranet System

I am fairly new to the linux world and I need some help. I am tring to install Terminator X. I installed the LASDA librarys but now when I run the configure comand is gives me this error
configure: error: ** X11-libs not installed or broken **

Can someone tell me wher I can find X11-libs or what to do next?

You most likely need the xlibs-dev package installed.
