Question Problems installing firestarter....


Hello every body, i'm new into this i have installed firestarter 0.9.1-1.i386 but during the process it sent out the following message "INITSCRIPTS NEEDED FOR FIRESTARTER" . I ignored the warning message...do you thing i'll have any problems with this....
hope you can help me...thanks

The init script is used to start and stop it (usually at boot and shutdown, respectively). They are installed in /etc/rc.d/init.d in RH based distros (should be the same or similar for SuSE). Check and see if you have a firestarter script there.

found initscripts

Hey there btmiller:
i found the firestarter initscript like you said but i don't know what to do next.....
a little more help in this would mean a lot....
