Arrow Problems installing Chpasswd!!

Hi,
I am using RedHat6.0. I wanted to install Chpasswd package. But it gives out errors after I run ./Configure.sh.
This is what happens

[root@linux chpasswd-2.0]# make
Makefile:18: *** missing separator. Stop.
[root@linux chpasswd-2.0]# make install
Makefile:18: *** missing separator. Stop.
[root@linux chpasswd-2.0]#

Does anyone know the meaning of these errors?
Please Help

regards
RKris

I am sure the package came with a INSTALL and or README file, what do those say and how to install ?? There might be some other way or some arguments you need to pass to get it installed.
