Problems getting nbd to work

Hi
I have a CentOS (4.15) target with an nvme drive connected to a Ubuntu (4.14) initiator. I have installed nbd-server on CentOs and nbd-client on Ubuntu and I having trouble exporting the drive. I think I have followed all the steps but the error does not make any sense. Can you please help? Here are the details about the server and client. I have shown the error messages on both the server and client when attempting to connect.
