Spell out your words.
And really...you're saying you've spent THREE MONTHS, trying to download this, when just putting "linux ns2 allinone" into Google, pulls up the ns2 website as the second hit????

How many times has it stalled? How are you trying to download it? Browser? Try using a command line tool like curl if you want a simple way to restart a download, or use another download manager. That IS the official download, I guess you have a poor quality internet connection?
Btw, I'm not a Knight of the Realm, please don't call me sir.

what are we supposed to help you out with?? that's the file, you already have your answer. We can't improve your internet connection. Maybe you can find a copy on a different server by searching for the file name, that's obviously just as easy for you as it is for anyone else.

Spell out your words. And if "one guy" installed it, why don't you ask them for a copy?
There's not much we can help you with...you've been given the links, and can find more on Google. Try a torrent, some other link, another download manager, or another internet connection...nothing that Linux (or any OTHER OS), can help with.
