Problems compiling Kiba-Dock on Slackware 12.0

Hi everyone, looking for a bit of help on this if it's not too much trouble.

I just checked out Kiba-Dock from svn, I compiled and installed the akamaru part without problems.
When I try to compile the actual kiba-dock part, I get this:
Code:
desktop-icon.c: In function 'kiba_desktop_icon_load_file':
desktop-icon.c:153: error: 'G_KEY_FILE_DESKTOP_KEY_TYPE' undeclared (first use in this function)
desktop-icon.c:153: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
desktop-icon.c:153: error: for each function it appears in.)
desktop-icon.c:154: error: 'G_KEY_FILE_DESKTOP_KEY_NAME' undeclared (first use in this function)
desktop-icon.c:155: error: 'G_KEY_FILE_DESKTOP_KEY_COMMENT' undeclared (first use in this function)
desktop-icon.c:156: error: 'G_KEY_FILE_DESKTOP_KEY_EXEC' undeclared (first use in this function)
desktop-icon.c:157: error: 'G_KEY_FILE_DESKTOP_KEY_URL' undeclared (first use in this function)
desktop-icon.c:158: error: 'G_KEY_FILE_DESKTOP_KEY_PATH' undeclared (first use in this function)
desktop-icon.c:159: error: 'G_KEY_FILE_DESKTOP_KEY_ICON' undeclared (first use in this function)
make[3]: *** [desktop-icon.o] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/john/Desktop/kiba/trunk/kiba-dock/src'
make[2]: *** [all] Error 2
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/john/Desktop/kiba/trunk/kiba-dock/src'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/john/Desktop/kiba/trunk/kiba-dock'
make: *** [all] Error 2
As far as I am aware, all dependencies are met, and I don't know what the error output is trying to tell me.

Anyone have any ideas?

Those are variables defined in glib. They were new as of Glib-2.14 --> http://library.gnome.org/devel/glib/unstable/ix09.html Looks like you have an old version of glib (and probably GTK+).

Thanks weibullguy, I'll try updating my glib.

EDIT: Updated glib, all has compiled and installed without error.
And it doesn't work.

Keeps complaining about plugins, they're where they're supposed to be.

New problem => new thread. Make sure you post the actual error messages in your new thread.
