Problem with Tor browser not opening

I recently downloaded tor-browser-gnu-linux-i686-2.3.25-1-dev-en-US.tar.gz, I've extracted it and Vidalia opens and connects fine, but the browser doesn't start. Is there a way to manually force it to open?

(note: I used the same .gz file on another machine (both machines running mint), and it extracted and ran fine)

Run it by the terminal and watch if it gets some errors.

From the terminal there's only this message: Qt: Session management error: None of the authentication protocols specified are supported
but that was always there.
