Question Problem with scandinavian keyboard layout

I recently installed ubuntu on my pc and now i can't get scandinavian letters to work.

I used command "loadkeys fi-latin1", but it doesn't help.
It says that "loading /blaablaablaa/fi-latin1" but nothing really happens.

I tried to use google and really found some answers but none of them really worked.

I have changed the Keyboard layout to Finnish from ubuntu's settings, but it doesn't help.
