Problem with MySQL

I am trying to setup phpBB locally. I have configured Apache correctly. But I can't seem to figure out how to configure the MySql server. This is the site http://linux-solutions.homelinux.com/phpBB2/ but it gets rerouted to http://linux-solutionshomelinuxcom.local/phpBB2/

I am running MySQL 4.1 on Mandrake 9.1

I am new to MySQL, so any help is appreciated.

thanks.... I din't setup the routing proberly in Mandrake. I thought it was a SQL server problem.
