Problem with mixxx
 

I was trying to set mixxx to work with my hercules midi when it froze up. It wouldn't close so I restarted and when my laptop booted back up it wouldn't open unless i did it from the terminal and then it will open, but when i try to load a song to the deck it freezes. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it's still doing the same thing. Also, I'm running ubuntu 12.04 on a hp envy 14.

Sometimes not having the newest version could be a possible issue.

Probably a corrupt db.
Just move the ~/.mixxx dir out of the way and it will create a new one on next run.
