problem with libstdc++.la

have a problem compiling sim-0.9.2 (other versions as well, even the very last build)
I get this error

libtool: link: warning: '/usr/lib/libstdc++.la' seems to be moved

after every .cpp file compiled. The result of 'make' is of course negative
Can anybody explain me, what does this error come from and how can I fix it?

actually I have no problems with c++ applications
just compiled Krusader without any troubles, though it uses the same things as sim do, for example Qt and stuff

System:
Slackware 9.1
Kernel 2.6.3
libtool 1.4.3

Can you
locate libstdc++\.la
?

I don't have one on my system (Slack 8.1, gcc 2.95.3), and
never saw that error message before ...

Cheers,
Tink

sorry, forgot to mention
libstdc++.la is in /usr/lib
that's exactly what i'm worried about

'locate' returns the same: '/usr/lib/libstdc++.la'
any ideas?
