problem with installing "Scisoft" on ubuntu 9.10
I'm ubuntu 9.10 (64-bit) user
I want to install Scisoft-7.0.0.tar.gz on my laptop but there is some problems :
cd /
sudo tar xvfz scisoft-7.0.0.tar.gz
source /scisoft/bin/Setup.bash
but when I recall ds9 it give me this error :
" bash: /scisoft/bin/ds9: No such file or directory "
or recall skycat :
" Error in startup script: couldn't load file "/scisoft/lib/libskycat3.0.1.so": /scisoft/lib/libskycat3.0.1.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32
while executing
"load /scisoft/lib/libskycat3.0.1.so Skycat"
("package ifneeded" script)
invoked from within
"package require Skycat"
(file "/scisoft/lib/skycat3.0.1/main.[/COLOR]tcl" line 7) "
no where I can find this library
I've install it before on pc whithout any problem
what should I do?
