problem with installing net-snmp in redhat 7

hello!
i want to install net-snmp 5.4.2.1 in redhat 7 distribution but
i got a error message;
the ./configure operation was done correctly but when i lunch make
i have this message:

i don't know when to get this library if some one can help me,

rh7?? no wonder... that's almost 10 years old now. The installation media should contain a version of ucd-snmp which was the previous incarnation of the net-snmp project. If you *need* net-snmp for a specific reason you are aware of, then you're going to struggle to get a current package on such an old system.
