problem with installation of swatch..

hi.
i tried to install swatch but i got
Warning: prerequisite Date::Manip 0 not found.

so i used cpan to install Date::Manip and it processs some steps and ask me to install something ,and it seems to be successful but while it finishes and i do the perl Makefile.PL but again

appear.
by the way i am using opensuse 11.2
