problem with fluxbox

i downloaded the latest tarball 0.1.14, extracked it(tar -zxvf /path/to/file) then CD'd to the path of extrackt and typed ./configure and got an anserw as this:

[root@localhost fluxbox-0.1.14]# ./configure
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... configure: error: newly created file is older than distributed files!
Check your system clock
[root@localhost fluxbox-0.1.14]#
