Well, I have download libflashplayer.so from adobe website; I have moved this file to /usr/bin/lib64/mozilla/plugin. Now, it doesn't show me pop-up on mozilla anymore; but now the problem I get is not able to open website which requier flash. it just get stoped and get blank page when I try to get access.

rahilmaknojia, I think that is not the proper place. You stated that flash-plugin was already installed on your system using yum. Please, can you post the output of the following commands?

rpm -qil flash-plugin
ls -l /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
ls -l $HOME/.mozilla/plugins

Have you tried installing flash with the nspluginwrapper?
