problem with firewalk

Hi everybody,

I know someone post the same question one year ago but there is not answer yet.
So, i try to use firewalk with Fedora Core 4, after many problems for compilation, I success to install it.But when i try to run it on the system:

Firewalk 5.0 [gateway ACL scanner]
fw_init_network(): route_get()

Total packets sent: 0
Total packet errors: 0
Total packets caught 0
Total packets caught of interest 0
Total ports scanned 0
Total ports open: 0
Total ports unknown: 0

As you can see no packet are sent and maybe there is a problem with fw_init_network(): route_get().

That thread you mentioned was replied to here: http://lists.grok.org.uk/pipermail/f...ch/032816.html . It's the only lead I found. I compiled and ran firewalk but got the same, and I'm pretty sure I'm allowing anything but the kitchensink on outbound...
