problem with fc3 gui interface. thing once painted are done for ever

i was happily using fc2
i switched over to fc3
both have same system requirement which my machine just meets and it had a trouble that if any thing comes on to screen it never goes off like if i open a window and close it will still be painted then and there which is causing a lot of problem in vision.well its some problem with software certainly and not at all because of slower hardware as things are same even hours after. my video device is intel 810 which was correctly deteted by anaconda and i dont know about the rest. what i think is its a problem with x and my partcular intel 810i device

Sounds like a display problem. Maybe graphics drivers, X window config, AGP kernel module,...
The problem is probably going to persist in FC4, since it's probably related to a hardware issue,
but you could always try the upgrade.

Otherwise, you could look at intel's support pages for information on supporting the 810 chipset under Linux.
Or search through the Fedora forum on this site.
