Problem with DC Gui

Just had a problem with a direct connect client called DC gui. For some reason it won't save my settings, I have to re-enter it each time i start the program which is really odd and annoying. Anybody have any ideas on what to do, or could point me in some sort of direction. Thank you.

Ive had this problem, forget specifically what I did to fix it. You might try this:

1. Delete the valknut prefrences (.valknut folder or .dcgui folder cant remember)
2. reinstall it

and if that fails go to an older release or compile it from source/use a different package.
