Problem with Compiz and Xfce xfwm4

I have one small but annoying problem on this installation of Debian.
I use Xfce on my Debian wheezy x86_64 machine.
Basically I have problem that after switching from Compiz window manager to Xfwm4 window manager via Compiz Fusion Icon.
When I change from Compiz window manager into Xfwm4 window manager I get all my windows from different workspaces cluttered on one workspace.
I use 4 workspaces in Compiz and in Xfce, after switching from Compiz to Xfce basically Xfwm4 I stay with only one workspace and all windows from different workspaces appear on that only that left workspace.
The problem doesnt appear when I switch from Xfce to Compiz but only when I switch from compiz into Xfwm4.
It is really annoying to again after disappearing of workspaces move windows again araound and that I dont know how many times happened.

Did someone have worked with compiz and Xfce and found similar error or know how to solve it ?

Compiz, when you start it, changes the number of desktops form 4 ( or more ) to 1. The cube, uses 4 sides, its one desktop with 4 virtual sides.

So, when you switch back, you have one desktop, and what ever you have open, appears on one desktop. There is not fix, that is the way compiz works.

Only suggestion I have, is , set up XFCE not to restart applications automatically. Then the one desktop on switchback won't be trashed up.

Compiz is not designed to be switched all the time and preserve 4 desktops. Same thing happens if you use KDE on my system, so this is not unique to XFCE.

On what do you meant with

I mean how to do that and what would I gain with that ?
I only get cluttered desktop when switch back to xfce4, so I give up the damned thing (I mean on compiz). :)

Compiz is a Windows Manager, exactly as does Xfwm4. The problem here is that it stores its virtual desktops setting differently. It may mess up our windows at startup, but thats normal.
