Problem with compile -> aclocal-1.7 missing ?

Hi

I want to install Lisa but I get this error when i try to run make (./configure made makefile without an error):

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

I have the same problem while trying to installing the Dtp program Scribus.
I tried to superate the problem by linking as aclocal-1.7 to aclocal-1.6.
While the compiling didn't stopped to the same position, the problem wasn't resolved.
