problem with bind
 

i am running bind 9.2.2-P3 on slackware 9.1. i have it setup as a caching nameserver, it works fine. however, i recently setup bind to run in a chroot jail, and since then when i try to 'rndc reload', i get 'rndc: connect failed: connection refused'. this command did work before the jail was setup. any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thx.
