Very sorry to that, I issue
ln -sf /lib/systemd/system/graphical.target /etc/systemd/system/default.target
at command prompt but I still cannot get into GUI after having started the server.

I don't know for Oracle Linux. I had the same question for Centos or Red Hat and found the answer thanks to Google, for example http://www.itzgeek.com/how-tos/linux...-7-rhel-7.html.
But really, make an effort and read the documentation.
