problem when add new package

Hello my friends
When I try to Add mysql and postgresql packages by using "Add or Remove Application Pakcage" and I insert the linux DVD disk
so I select the packages I want then press update
but its give me Packages Not Found message!!

my linux is RHEL4
please help me to install these packages

the packages are on the dvd? you could try copying the packages and depends locally and installing them with rpm. u may end up copying a bunch of packages tho depending on depends required that aren't installed

but dear are with this way I can install or import packages from another distribution like suse to redhat ? or theres a manager program can import package from distribution to other?
