Problem using JVM as a regular user

Hi,

When I've installed JVM 1.5.0. To do so I needed to 'su', otherwise the instalation wouldn't go through. Aftewards, when trying to run programs that require JVM I started having problems. When I su I can use them, but I don't want to login as root all the time I need JVM.

Any Help?
