Question Problem of re-installing the backed up rpm

I took a backup of the practice-1-0.i386.rpm using --repackage option in rpm command. But when i tried to reinstall the backedup rpm this was the result.

[root@2FWD46 repackage]# rpm -Uvh --nodigest --nosignature practice-1-0.i386.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
1ractice ########################################### [100%]
error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/bin/practice;4619d918: cpio: MD5 sum mismatch

Then i tried using a utility called "rpmrebuild " which takes a backup of installed package but the same problem is occurring.
