problem installing lstp4 on openlab4, specifically ltsputils

Rank newbie to openlab and linux, am trying to set up ltsp, downloaded the source however in the installation of the ltsputils and one file specifically ltspadmin , was informed i didn't have libwww-perl which i subsequently downloaded and installed, however still getting the same message. Must I install the libwww to a particular place ? Or can i get ltspadmin to see it somehow ?
