Question Problem installing anjuta.

I tried to install anjuta but error occures.Following r the msgs which
i get after ./configure

checking for ANJUTA... Package libgnomeprint-2.2 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libgnomeprint-2.2.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'libgnomeprint-2.2' found
configure: error: Package requirements ( glib-2.0 >= 2.0.6 gtk+-2.0 >= 2.0.8 ORBit-2.0 >= 2.4.0 libglade-2.0 >= 2.0.0 libgnome-2.0 >=
2.0.2 libgnomeui-2.0 >= 2.0.2 libgnomeprint-2.2 >= 2.0.1 libgnomeprintui-2.2 >= 2.0.1 gnome-vfs-2.0 >= 2.0.2 gnome-vfs-module-2.0 >= 2.0.2 libbonobo-2.0 >= 2.0.0 libbonoboui-2.0 >= 2.0.1 vte >= 0.7.0 libxml-2.0 >= 2.4.23 pango >= 1.1.1) were not met:

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables ANJUTA_CFLAGS
and ANJUTA_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

Do you have libgnomeprint installed? What distro are you using? You can install libgnomeprint through that package manager.

OK, that version of anjuta is too new. You need to find a version for your version, whatever that might be. You can look here:

http://rpm.pbone.net

for rpm packages
