Unhappy problem in installing MIME-Base64


Hi,
i am going to install openwebmail,
i follow the steps in the readme..
but when i going to install the MIME-Base64 ...
after i enter "make"
it show me some error message as below ...
In file included from Base64.xs:32:
/usr/lb/perl/5.6.1/CORE/perl.h:426: sys/types.h: No such file or directory

there are much more files it can't find ...
ctype.h, locale.h, setjmp.h, sys/param.h ........
the list is long ..

i don't know how can i fix it ... what these files for and where they come from ?

pls. help!!
