Question problem in installing glib2.0.0?

hi all
i have used rpmbuild to install glib-2.0.0. In the midst of 'make' i got an error ...

gconvert.c:45:2: #error GNU libiconv not in use but included iconv.h is from libiconv
make[3]: *** [gconvert.lo] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/glib-2.0.0/glib'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.69229 (%build)

can anyone tell me a solution to this error? i have installed libiconv-1.9.1 agan using rpmbuild.

A larger snippet of the error would probably be helpful.
