problem in CRCN

I am using CRCN for doing simulation in cognitive radio. In the GUI i am using random.tcl
However, in random.tcl file same code is repeated thrice. If I write the code only once i get a different result. The original file is generated by the GUI of CRCN.
Being new to ns2 and to CRCN, I am not able to understand why same code is repeated.
For reference I am attaching the file with this thread.

Thanks in advance
