Please indulge me here as this question might seem very stupid or even really simple to some, however its a problem i'm having and its driving mr crazy and i pray that someone will give me directions or suggestions. What i am trying to do is compose an email that has one paragraph of text the directly under the text (inline) I want to have an html form that asks the recipient of the email app 5 question. My problem is i have generated the form that work finr on the website the problem is trying to produce it into an email. I have tried various ways but none seem to work, I have enen tried evolution to do it. The most recent problem i am having is when i send it , the recipient gets the email and can see the questions but the input areas and select areas are not there for them to be able to complete the form and submit it. any hints suggestions etc. on best software to use or techniques????

Considering I've never seen even a commercial company be able to pull this off, I doubt it can be pulled off. Commercial companies have links to online surveys in emails when they want to ask you questions.
