prob with init directories in gentoo

after running
I was stuck with this question:
What is the directory that contains the init directories (rc0.d/ to rc6.d)?!

You have to create them manually.
The link above has guides for version 4.5 to 5.5

thanx for the reply but the thing is, I can't use emerge as I've got a slow connection thus I downloaded the tar.gz in another pc with a fast connection , burned it in a cd and transferred the files to my gentoo there another perl file that I can use, modified so it can be used with gentoo?
