Prioritizing TCP traffic through a DelayBox in Ns2

Hi Members,
Am having problems with implementing traffic prioritization (TCP) through a delayBox node in ns2. is there any member who has ever done a project of traffic prioritization or classification from a delaybox in ns2 and C++.
My project is all about, controlling TCP traffic between high priority users and Low priority users. Is there any member who may be having an idea how i can implement this in ns2

Any assistance is highly appreciated...

Rgds..

Jacob
