printk or /proc
I'm working with some memory profiling in the kernel level.

Currently I got to the point where I have a buffer with data collected running some filesystem functions.

I need a way to read this buffer from the outside.

I tried to write this to /proc, however because of the amount of data, the proc filesystem fails when I tried to write more than 3Kb.

I tried printing it by using the prink. this option will work, however goes over my console, and I have to copy and paste.. all the data to a file manually. ( I cant redirect printk to a file using ">")

Is there any good way to do this?

thaks in advance.
