Printing problem


I changed the host name of my PC and now I am unable to print I recevie a message stating the host name is bad????
Everything else is working fine. I tried deleting the printer and readding but I am still having the problem. The pritner is local. Why is the name change causing a problem? Is there a fix?

did you add your new hostname to the loopback
entry in /etc/hosts ?
127.0.0.1 newname

No did not. I just need to add 127.0.0.1 and the new hostname to /etc/hosts?
