Printing in Gnome

So I have a CUPS server at work and it works great! I can print anything on my Debian box however I have no print config interface like I do at home. In Gnome at home, I select "Desktop" > "Administration" & there I see a simple printing icon where I can set my default printer and see all the printers on the LAN. At work I am missing this completely but however have no issues printing at all.

Any suggestions?

With the CUPS daemon running, visit http://localhost:631/.

OK - The url wakes me to what I can assume is CUPS running locally on my machine. I can see all the printers when I select "Manage Printers" and then when I try and "Set As Default", I get the following error:

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access the resource on this server. "
