check IP or static setting of ur printer restart printe r

Spell out your words, please; text-speak isn't good for anyone. And the OP posted that the printer is WORKING for Windows users, so that will obviously rule out the cable, address, etc., wouldn't it?

I still cant get the printer working. any help would be appreciated
And we still can't help unless you provide details. Did you try the suggestions above? Check the print queue? CUPS status? Enable the printer? Anything???
