Prime95, wprime, CPU-Z Linux?

I've got a Phenom 2 X4 940 CPU and im overclocking it. In windows i used tools like Prime95 (CPU stress test), wprime (small, quick CPU benchmark), and CPU-Z (system diagnostics for CPU/RAM). I would like to know if there are GUI alternatives for these on linux, currently im on Ubuntu 9.04(32bit). Most importantly i would like a CPU stress tester, must be multithreaded. I could settle for a command-line one but i did try one "CPUburn" and found it had too many options and not enough info about what they all did and how to use them.

Normally, those things are done using bash scripts, not GUI apps. You will have access to all informations you need.
