PPP Daemon died Exit code = 1
 
Hello~~

When I try connect to internet KPPP Says

PPP Daemon died And. EXIT CODE = 1

How can I?;



Kernel 2.4.21
KDE 3.0
KPPP I don't remembe but;; I think it's Newest versioin
PPP 2.4.1

Does it always do this? Mine kicks up that sometimes, seems to be whenever someone decides to phone us when I'm online. :rolleyes:
Try Kppp -> Setup... -> Edit account -> Customise pppd Arguments... -> "debug" (without quotes), Add.

From man pppd:

1 An immediately fatal error of some kind occurred, such as an

Kernel supports ppp alright.
It was pppd that died

Ok, which distro are you using?
Do you have a 56kmodem and an ethernet card connected to your machine? What's the result of the route command (as root)? Have you disabled any Network service?

Oh;;~~ I didn't say that^^;;

I'm using HSF Momdem of course it's 56K;; And I could hear dialing up and it's connectec.. but when KPPP says Starting PPPD
Error is occured
