postgresql 9.3 - problem with timezone

The problem is clear: postgresql ver. 9.3 is unhappy about the log_timezone and Timezone parameters. It fails giving this message:
Code:
2013-10-22 17:42:16 GMT LOG: invalid value for parameter "log_timezone": "localtime"
2013-10-22 17:42:16 GMT LOG: invalid value for parameter "TimeZone": "localtime"
2013-10-22 17:42:16 GMT FATAL: configuration file "/etc/postgresql/9.3/main/postgresql.conf" contains erro
rs
The configuration file contains this:
Code:
log_timezone = 'localtime'
There is no mention of "TimeZone" in the postgresql.conf file.
I am running Debian Testing/Sid Amd64 with a 3.11-5.dmz.1-liquorix-amd64 kernel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
jdk

Re-read the config file. If it's anything like Deb 6, the timezone line is commented out.

Here is a step by step for Ubuntu that may also work for Debian, to configure Postgresql timezone:

Thanks Bigrig. In fact I used and editor (Kate) to search for "TimeZone" (the parameter quoted in the error message) in the conf file. When I ignored case in the search I found it. It was 'timezone' and not 'TimeZone' and it wasn't commented out. I manually changed 'localtime' to 'Europe/London' in both cases. (I had already done the tzdata reconfiguration when I moved). Problem solved.

Thanks for the help.
