PostFixAdmin Issues

Hello,

I have an e-mail server I set up with Postfix, Dovecot and MySQL. All of that stuff is working fine without issues BUT here is the problem I still have. I installed PostFixAdmin and when I first installed it and went to ip/postfixadmin I got an error saying there was a missing table in the database for postfixadmin. I did some searching and I found to fix that issue I would have to do ip/update.php which corrected the issue BUT I can't log into any of the e-mail accounts not even an admin account (How to I even set up the admin account?)

I know the e-mail addresses work because I'm using them on the phone and e-mail clients with the correct e-mail address and password do I know that is working but PostFixAdmin is not. Not sure what I would have to provide here for someone to assist but if you tell me I can provide any and all information needed ASAP. For now, here are some of the logs with the current errors:

Code:

Do you mean "upgrade.php" ?
The reason I ask is this error message
"Invalid query: Table 'postfix.domain' doesn't exist"
is commented out on line 593 of the php script linked above. If we are talking about the same thing ("ip/update.php" vs "upgrade.php") then as long as it's a compatible version of the script for your phpAdmin version, you might just be able to download and rerun it.
