Postfix vacation issue

I have the latest postfix with the linux vacation script and MailScanner using system accounts(not virtual users/domains).

When I set up vacation for a user and send mail to him I do not get a vacation reply but I can see in the mail logs the following:
Apr 1 16:17:22 mail postfix/local[18077]: 1E33C7B804B2: to=<>, orig_to=<>, relay=local, delay=1.1, delays=1/0/0/0.06, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered to command: /usr/bin/vacation username)

Can someone please tell me what is the issue?
If you have more questions or need more info then I will get it.

Please help
