Postfix stores bounced messages?

Does Postfix store a copy of bounced messages anywhere? For example, e-mail bounced because of a non-existant local user (typo..), is that stored or retried at all, or does it just bounce 501 and that's the end of it?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that by default, mail for a nonexistent local user (i.e. someone not mentioned in local_recipient_maps) is rejected during the SMTP conversation. You can always set luser_relay to a user who should receive all local mail addressed to unknown users.
