Postfix + SpamAssassin + Hivemail = ?
All right, I hope this is the best place to post this.
I'm somewhat new to sys admining, and my current project is to setup a email/web server. I've got the web part of it done, and now I need to get the email side of things. My goal is to get Postfix running, SpamAssassin filtering the email for spam, and Hivemail installed so my users can send/receive email over the web/LAN.
I've got Postfix installed, but not configured. The same goes for SpamAssassin. Hivemail I'm not worried about at the moment, but I just wanted to mention it so everyone knows how I want my users to access their email.
Basically I just want to get pointed in the right direction as far as what I need to configure, how to test it, etc. I have two domain names that I want used for email, let's say 1.org and 2.org. 1.org will be the main domain, however since I'm using 2.org on old setup (that is being replaced with this new server), I would like mail that is sent to 2.org to be redirected to 1.org so that my users don't have to give out their email addresses to friends/family. How would I go about getting the ball rolling?
Server:
Slackware 10
Latest stable Perl
Latest stable Postfix
Latest stable SpamAssassin
Latest stable Webmin
Latest stable MySQL
PHP4
[EDIT] Also, am I going to need procmail running on the system?
