postfix spam filtering problems

I'm having some trouble setting up UCE controls in postfix. For starters, if I uncomment the line "smtpd_recipient_restrictions = " it takes ages for people to send/receive emails, so i put everything under smtpd_sender_restrictions. However, I cannot get half of my rbl blocking to work. The only ones that work are the and one of the securitysage. I can't seem to get any of the other ones to work. I really want to get and spamhaus working.

here is the anti uce portion of my

smtpd_delay_reject = no

smtpd_client_restrictions =

smtpd_helo_required = yes
smtpd_helo_restrictions =

smtpd_sender_restrictions = warn_if_reject reject_invalid_hostname,
warn_if_reject reject_non_fqdn_sender,
warn_if_reject reject_rhsbl_sender,
warn_if_reject reject_rbl_client
warn_if_reject reject_rbl_client,
warn_if_reject reject_rbl_client
