Postfix/Reverse DNS Problem

Hi there

I'm running RH9 with Postfix and a little MailDrop/SquirrelMail goin' ons. The problem I'm having is that when this guy email's me with his own email server my box rejects it with an error of 3162-(which is a reverse lookup error).

Now the wierd thing is that a different buddy with an email server and a non-matching reverse dns lookup goes through just fine. The only difference between the one that got accepted and the one that got rejected is: The one that got accepted is on the same ISP as I so both of our reverse lookups come out with "USERID.bchsia.telus.net" So I'm assuming that falls under the "trusted" part of Postfix.

Now what I need to know is, is there a way to disable the reverse dns lookup, and if not to allow his reverse lookup only to be accepted
