Postfix Reload Permissions error

I am trying to follow this tutorial: http://www.howtoforge.com/node/24/print on how to setup Postfix virtual domains.

When I get to the bottom of the first page (the link above) it says "postfix reload". When I type that in, I get this error:

Code:
[root@server1 ~]# postfix reload
postfix: fatal: /etc/postfix/postfix-script: Permission denied

help!!!

Looking at my system, postfix-script is ownerd by root with permissions set to 755.

Note that you can also stop snd then start postfix to achieve the same result.
