Postfix not sending mail, how can I debug this?

Postfix is not sending mail, I did a basic test of sending an email locally using the Linux mail command, and nothing was delivered, and I couldn't find an error either.

Where is the log for postfix located?

In main.cf I changed:
myhostname
mydomain
mynetworks
home_mailbox (I want to use Maildir/)

What am I missing?

TIA

It might be /var/log/mail.log. If you can't find it, you can look in /etc/syslog.conf to see where mail messages go.

Thanks! It was in /var/log/maillog

I fixed a couple problems, but now it telling me it can't connect, even though telnet works fine:
Code:
Feb 23 09:31:23 main postfix/smtp[4950]: connect to katieasdfsadfsdf.com[11.11.11.11]: Connection refused (port 25)
Feb 23 09:31:23 main postfix/smtp[4950]: 094F224A0041: to=<katie@katieasdfasdfasdfsda.com>, relay=none, delay=0.05, delays=0.04/0/0/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to katieasdfasdfasd.com[11.11.11.11]: Connection refused)
[root@main log]# telnet localhost 25
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.localdomain (127.0.0.1).
Escape character is '^]'.
220 main.asdfasdfasdfasdf.com ESMTP Postfix
Any ides why it's saying that?

TIA

It looks like you're suggesting that mail to katieasdfasdfasd.com should have been delivered locally. But, postfix is not aware of that.
You should post at least the output of "postconf -n". Also, what's 11.11.11.11? Is that the external IP address of main.asdfasdfasdfasdf.com?
